VHA Makes Changes to Phone System to Improve Client Experience
VHA has made some recent changes to our phone system to improve the experience for our clients and families when they are connecting with our Client Care Office Team.
One of these adjustments includes 3 new steps for clients and families when they are calling VHA’s office to reach our Client Care Office Team.
Here are the 3 steps:
- Dial 416-489-2500.
- When prompted, dial 1 to reach the client line.
- Stay on the line to reach a Coordinator or Team Assistant.
These new steps will help clients and families connect more quickly with the appropriate Client Care Office Team member to receive assistance.
