Both stress and anxiety are emotional responses, however, stress is typically caused by an external trigger while anxiety is the result of persistent, excessive worries that do not go away. The following is a list of resources that not only allow you to identify and measure levels of stress and anxiety, but also provide ways to cope and manage them.
