Rachael Jaffe is a Research Assistant at VHA Home HealthCare.

She has a Master’s degree in Health Services Research with a concentration in Health Economics from the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation (IHPME), University of Toronto.

Rachael’s work focuses on using large administrative databases to apply different econometric and statistical methodologies. Her research interests include labor force economics, understanding the optimization and advancement of the health workforce. Rachael’s passion for Posit software allows her to integrate figures and interactive apps into her work.
