Colleen Beaumont is a Personal Support Worker (PSW) at VHA Home HealthCare (VHA) and has been with the organization for over 13 years when beginning her 2024-2025 Champions of Change Fellowship.

Originally from Jamaica, Colleen worked as a teacher before moving to Canada and joining VHA.

She is passionate about caregiving and is excited to participate in the Champions of Change Fellowship program, where she looks forward to exchanging ideas and contributing to initiatives that create positive change for clients and staff.
