Kaila Jonsen is a Personal Support Worker (PSW) at VHA Home HealthCare (VHA) and has been with the organization for nearly seven years. She has been recognized as a Client Choice Award Winner, coach, and preceptor.

Before joining VHA, Kaila worked in Research & Innovation in Pharmaceuticals while caring for her grandmother at home.

Passionate about self-care and helping others, Kaila is thrilled to join the Champions of Change Fellowship program, where she hopes to find solutions that improve the lives of clients and staff while advocating for better work-life balance for caregivers.
