Linda Dunlop is a Personal Support Worker (PSW) at VHA Home HealthCare (VHA), celebrating 10 years with the organization during her 2024/2025 Champions of Change Fellowship.

Before joining VHA, Linda worked as a Business Development Manager, helping to grow a grassroots Canadian manufacturing company into a multi-million-dollar corporation. Inspired by her early volunteer experiences as a candy-striper and senior center volunteer, Linda pursued her PSW accreditation to focus on hands-on caregiving.

As a participant in the Champions of Change Fellowship program, she is excited to advocate for PSWs, address long-standing challenges, and contribute to initiatives that make VHA a top choice for caregivers.
