Chrissy Froude is a “Client Choice” award-winning Personal Support Worker that has worked at VHA for several years in the community working with the elderly and special needs clients. Chrissy also has a background in legal and medical administration. She is hoping to bring these skills to this project for the Champions of Change Fellowship program 2020. She is excited to design and implement a quality improvement initiative related to improving medication safety for VHA’s clients.
